A warm greeting to all of you. Ohmytote is an online shop that concentrates on selling tote bags. Ohmytote started off by Cleo, who loves tote bags and always wished that one day, she can customize the type of design she want on each and every tote bag she have in hand. This was made possible at 17th August 2011 when customers are allowed to choose tote bags of different sizes and customize the type of design they want to have, on their tote bag.
Tote bag is another type of recycle bags, thus, people carry it to reduce usage of plastic bags and also for fashion. A tote bag is something easy going which you can carry it with any type of dressing on. What do you need before you leave your house? Casual look, your purse, your shades, your phone and many more. But most importantly, a tote bag. One which you can simply reach your hand into the bag and grab whatever you want. Want to feel classy today? Cute? Or influence others with quotes? Simply give us the type of design you want on your bag and we'll complete it for you! We just can't get enough of tote bags, especially customizable ones. We'll have no problem trying to carry the bag of the right design when we have tote bags of different designs! Our online blog shows images of finished products, images snapped before we deliver your orders out! And definitely, we'll seek for each customer's order before we proceed on to take any pictures. We will also put up designs that we have in hand, for customers who have yet get an idea of what they want. We'll update as frequently as we can so as to cater to people who wants to look at more designs. Ohmytote have tote bags priced at low prices including customizable ones. We aim to come up with other products as time goes by. Before you go on looking at our product, lets build up some trust in me and you. Every online shop can be a danger especially those who just set up, like us. However, i wish that our customers give us 100% of their trust that this is no scam. It is very important for you to trust us because there might be more orders than just one. We definitely will want to continue gaining more customers or orders, so why scam?! Definitely not what i am aiming for after spending so much time in the starting of this business. Moreover, I'm a tote lover too! So, trust us! Orders Enquiries We accumulate orders till it reaches minimum 50 and we'll start to carry out the design printing. It will all be delivered personally to the location that both the buyer and seller agreed on. For more questions on the meetup location and ordering, click on the "Ordering" navigation above. We have tote bags of 3 sizes : Small - 8"x9" 4oz Medium - 8"x12"7oz Large - 15"x16" 7 oz Oz refers to the thickness of the material* It is highly advisable for customers to wash their bags for a softer feel as the bags are brand new and of better quality. Thus, when upon receive, the bags will be of a stiff and brand new condition. Customers will receive their orders in brand new. However, some orders that we find special, will be requested from us to the customers on the permission for photo taking. More details will be given when we send out the request. Payment are to be done within 24hrs time after the confirmation of the design and order. An email is requested to be sent to ohmytote@gmail.com after payment is made. We advice customers to keep the receipt when making payment by transfer/deposit to the account. This is to avoid any misunderstanding of payment and orders. Return of goods As items are all in brand new. However, if upon receiving, items are found to be defected, please do email us at ohmytote@gmail.com or text us @ 96473278 as soon as possible. If possible, an image of the defect product will be preferred. However, ohmytote will check the products and make sure that it is of a good condition before we deliver it. Delivery information We have just set up our business and thus we feel that self-delivery is still the most trustworthy choice. Customers can inform us of the location for meetup. Meetups are on on weekdays, weekends and even public holidays. For rates in meetups : To my convenience/green line joo koon to Queenstown Station/Republic Polytechnic/Woodlands Station - Free Green line, Lavender to Pasir Ris/ Changi Airport Station- $1-$2 Green line, Redhill to Bugis - $1 Red line, Kranji to Newton Station - $1.50-$2 Red line, Raffles to Orchard Station- $1 Purple Line, Harbourfront to Dhoby Ghaut - $1 Purple Line, Little India to Punggol - $1.50 to $2 Any LRT/Yellow Line will be additional %0.50 from the above mentioned stations' amount For your convenience, here's the Network Map of trains stations :) - http://www.smrt.com.sg/trains/network_map.asp |

How to order? 1. Visit us @ https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ohmytote/143760502378457 or click on the Totes & Designs navigation above and browse through our finished product or the designs we have in hand. 2. Choose your type of bag size and thickness showed in FAQ navigation above. 3. Choose your wanted design! For customers who chose our design, check the design code and jot it down. For customers who have their own designs, simply send it to us. 4. Email to ohmytote@gmail.com 5. Include in the email - your design code/attached image or images, bag size ( small/medium/large ), number of bags ( indicate in detailed if different size of tote bags have different designs ), placement of your design ( middle, bottom left or more ) and the size ( you can discuss with us if you're not sure or how big the image should be ) and Meetup location. Total of 6 informations to be given :) 6. ( Preferred subject to be name as "Orders - Yourname" ) Send it out and wait for our confirmed amount for your designed bag! Most of the prices is range SGD15 to maximum SGD20 for each designed bag. 7. Received our email on the confirmed amount?! Confirm the order with us! 8. Make your payment within 24hrs after we confirmed your order in email. 9. Email us after payment is made, with your transaction number and time. 10. Wait for your order to reach you! |
